Service Boundaries & Surcharges

Need a car for Medical or Concierge help? Upgrade to include a private vehicle for an extra ¥700 - ¥1000/day.

• Beyond Shanghai Limits
For factory/business trips outside Shanghai (e.g., Kunshan, Suzhou), a long-distance surcharge applies based on the route.

• Overtime Hours
Full-day service covers 8 hours. Additional hours: ¥100/hr (Assistant only) or ¥150/hr (with Private Car).

Waiting & Payment Policies

• Flight Arrival Wait Policy
Airport transfers include 90 mins of free waiting from actual landing time. Overtime is billed at ¥40 per 30 mins.

• Nighttime Surcharge
For service hours or airport pick-ups extending past 23:30, a nighttime fee of ¥72 ($10) applies.

• Flexible Payment Options
We accept WeChat Pay & Alipay (international credit cards supported) and Cash (RMB). Please prepare smaller bills if paying cash.
